Grateful People are Happier and Healthier

As it turns out, being grateful is not only good for the world around you, it will also keep you healthy. Melinda Beck writes in the Wall Street Journal about the science behind gratitude. I, for one, am grateful for this story.  You can read the story here:

I think you would have loved the TEDx Mia’s school just organized with UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center (– it was an 8 hour conference all about the science of compassion, and compassion’s effects on academic performance, health, relationship quality and more. It was fascinating and inspiring!
